Thomas N. Micozzie

Thomas is currently the Principal at Project Development Resources, a Consultant Firm that handles multiple disciplines within the real estate sector.

Thomas served as the former Mayor of Upper Darby township from the years 2009-2020. Prior to his tenure as the Mayor, Thomas N. Micozzie held numerous public office positions, including Public Safety Chairman, Member of Finance & Appropriation Committee.

Director of Labor Relations and Risk Management for the County of Delaware. Mr. Micozzie’s current and past affiliations include the Pennsylvania Association of County Affiliated Homes (PACAH) Board Of Directors, International Association Fire Chiefs, United States Conference of Mayors, and United States Mayors Against Illegal Guns.

Robert Frantz

Rob oversees the advancement of the company’s next-generation technology and integrated system solutions, as well as the growing team dedicated to helping customers solve previously unsolvable problems.

Since acquiring Kinetic Ceramics and relocating the company to the Philadelphia Navy Yard in 2016, Rob has doubled the company’s annual revenue, developed R&D agreements with Fortune 500 companies and accelerated the development of the company’s proprietary technology.

Prior to Kinetic Ceramics, Rob led successful multi-million-dollar negotiations and developed global IT software and telecom strategies for GlaxoSmithKline.

Throughout his career, Rob has focused on creating and implementing innovative solutions, leading complex negotiations and managing teams across the globe.

Rob holds a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy.

Bruce D. Shelly

Bruce began his career as an electrician with IBEW upon graduating from Chestnut Hill Academy and Temple University. He remained a member of the IBEW for seven years and had the opportunity to experience many types of installations while working as a site electrician. The office exposure included warehousing, purchasing, estimating, project management and design. 

Bruce was fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with his father and grandfather. He is a member of BISCI, NECA, EAP, GBCA and the IBEW. Bruce is also actively involved in the NFPA National Electrical Code Making Panel 15. He serves on the apprenticeship training committee as a trustee for the IBEW, a position he has held for over twenty-five years.

Served as top-50 executive of Fortune 100 company, managing billion-dollar budget. Oversaw O&M of Exelon Generation’s fossil (natural gas and oil), landfill gas, hydropower, wind, and solar-powered fleet of generating assets capable of producing more than 12,000 megawatts of electricity in 17 states and Alberta, Canada.
