Frank is a native of the Greater Philadelphia area and a graduate of Cardinal O’Hara High School in Springfield, PA, and The Williamson College of Trades. Frank was a freshman starter for the lacrosse team, and while attending Williamson College, he helped raise funds to secure the life of the endowment for the school’s future. Frank currently resides in Philadelphia, PA. Starting in 2009, upon graduating with a specialization in Power Generation, Frank began his professional career with Exelon Corporation, an American Fortune 100 energy company headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, and incorporated in Pennsylvania. Frank work at Nuclear, Hydro, and Fossil Generation facilities (~+/- 2,300 megawatts). Thereafter, Frank transitioned to the Power Transmission and Distribution sector, where Frank worked in Tier 1, 2, and 3 substations(200KV-34KV). Frank’s last stop within the Power Utility sector was within the Aerial Division in PECO, where frank maintained and developed local circuits (34KV- 4KV). Frank Costa III transitioned into Commercial Real Estate, beginning with Avison Young – a Global Commercial Real Estate Firm with over 100 offices. Frank has strictly focused on the Industrial, Manufacturing, and Logistics sectors. Frank completed transactions ranging from $13mm lease commitments to institutional dispositions starting at $21mm. Frank was a part of a team representing one of the World’s Largest E-Commerce company. Frank has completed over 1,000,000 SF in leasing transactions, 600,000 SF in dispositions and acquisitions, and 500,000 SF of Development.
In addition, Frank has assisted several successful midmarket manufacturing companies in raising capital to strengthen their position due to the current tumultuous economic and supply chain environment. ~+/- $20mm.

Jim has over 20 year’s experience in the financial services industry. Jim is a licensed Real Estate Broker and holds his Series 7 for equity transactions. During that time, Jim has worked with advisors to help them grow and serve their client base. His vast knowledge of that industry and strong relationship skills are an asset to developing and managing clients. He has rebuilt six new territories in his career, raising over 1.4 billion dollars in sales. All of his territories achieved a top 5 ranking during his tenure.
Jim has since moved on from the financial sector to start his consulting firm sharing his knowledge, network of business professionals, and best practices with companies ranging from 1mm to 100mm in annual revenue. His clientele ranges from acquisitions/dispositions of commercial real estate, equity and debt raise for developers, and sell-side representation for closely held businesses ranging from 1mm in EBITDA and up.
Jim is a Boston native who attended the University of Massachusetts. He has been married to Gail for 24 years and has three children Jack, Anna, and Ryan. He also enjoys any type of fishing and sporting clays.

Thomas served as the former Mayor of Upper Darby township from the years 2009-2020. Prior to his tenure as the Mayor, Thomas N. Micozzie held numerous public office positions, including Public Safety Chairman, Member of Finance & Appropriation Committee.

Mr. Micozzie’s current and past affiliations include the Pennsylvania Association of County Affiliated Homes (PACAH) Board Of Directors, International Association Fire Chiefs, United States Conference of Mayors, and United States Mayors Against Illegal Guns.
Rob Frantz is a Northern Virginia Native and a Graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy. Rob graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering in 2002 and commenced his naval career as a Naval Aviator. Earning his wings of gold in 2005, Rob was selected to fly F/A18s out of Lemoore, California, eventually joining VFA-94 for his first Fleet tour. While at VFA-94, Rob did 2 deployments to Iwakuni, Japan, with MAW-1, where he operated with multiple international partner countries, including Japan, South Korea, Thailand, Philippines, Australia, and more.
Following VFA-94, Rob joined VT-21 as an instructor for the next generation of jet pilots focusing on low-level maneuvering, air-to-air combat, and bombing. For his final tour, Rob joined the Admiral’s staff on USS Enterprise for the ship’s final 8- month deployment, which included flights in the Arabian Sea and the Persian Gulf areas of operation. Rob was honorably discharged from the Navy as a Lieutenant Commander with over 11 years of service.
Currently, Rob is the President and CEO of a privately held Hi-tech pumping company. Rob oversees the advancement of the company’s next-generation technology and integrated system solutions, as well as the growing team dedicated to helping customers solve previously unsolvable problems. In addition, Rob is a principal and overseer’s operations, finance, and logistics for a hi-volume manufacturing and R&D company. Upon relocating the company to the privately held pump company to the Philadelphia Navy Yard in 2016, Rob has doubled the company’s annual revenue, developed R&D agreements with Fortune 500 companies, and accelerated the development of the company’s proprietary technology. Before running companies, Rob led successful multi-million-dollar negotiations and developed global IT software and telecom strategies for GlaxoSmithKline.
